The service

Seatwright turns your guest list into print-ready escort cards, place cards, table numbers, and a find-your-seat chart. You can build and preview the whole set for free. The free preview carries a watermark. Paying $19 once per event removes the watermark and unlocks the print-ready PDFs for that event. No account, no subscription.

Your guest list and your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you put into Seatwright. By using it you confirm that:

• You have a legitimate reason to hold your guests’ names and details for your event.
• The list you enter is accurate, so the cards and chart come out right.
• You will not use Seatwright to break the law or to harass anyone.
• You will not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or reverse engineer it.

You keep ownership of your guest list and your finished cards and chart. We keep ownership of Seatwright itself: the software, design, and content of the site.

Printing is on your printer

Seatwright gives you a print-ready PDF. How it looks on paper depends on your printer, your cardstock, and your cutting. Colors and trim vary from one printer to the next, so run one test sheet before you print the whole stack. We cannot refund paper and ink, so preview carefully and test first.

Pricing and payment

The print pack price is $19, paid once per event, with no subscription. Payment is handled by Stripe. Prices may change, but a change never affects an event you have already paid for. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

Refunds

Because you can preview the full set before paying, purchases are generally final. If something is genuinely wrong on our end, we will make it right. See the Refund Policy for the details.

Service “as is”

Seatwright is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Seatwright is limited to the amount you paid us for the event in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Seatwright after a change means you accept the updated terms.
