Preview before you pay

Seatwright lets you build and see all four PDFs for free before you spend anything: escort cards, place cards, table signs, and the seating chart, watermarked. You only pay $19 once you have checked the set and want it without the watermark. Because you see everything first, a paid event is generally non-refundable.

When we do refund

Fair is fair. We will refund you if something went wrong on our end, for example:

• You paid but the clean PDFs would not generate or download.
• You were charged twice for the same event.
• You were charged an amount that does not match the price shown.

Printing problems on your own printer, cardstock, or cutting are not something we can refund, since the files themselves are correct. Run a test sheet before printing the whole stack.

How to ask

Email support@seatwright.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the link to your project and the email you used at checkout so we can find the payment. We aim to reply within a few business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank, usually a few business days.
